This product has undergone meticulous manufacturing and testing processes to meet the highest quality standards established by Butterfly Pergola.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage:

The Limited Lifetime Warranty, provided by Butterfly Pergola, specifically addresses defects in material within new Butterfly Pergola products. Please note that this warranty exclusively applies to Butterfly Pergola products acquired either directly from Butterfly Pergola or through authorized Butterfly Pergola Dealers.

Conditions and Coverage Details:

This warranty is subject to certain limitations, exclusions, and conditions, all of which are outlined in the accompanying Warranty Certificate.

Coverage Highlights:

- Power Components (motor, power supply, receiver, and electronic controls): Covered for five (5) years from the date of installation (excluding batteries).

- Support Components (posts, gutters, louvers, and beams): Covered for fifteen (15) years from the date of installation.

- Butterfly Pergola System: Covered for the lifetime of the system against manufacturing defects, applicable to both residential and commercial applications.

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from factors such as normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, or environmental conditions beyond our control.

Claim Procedure:

To initiate a claim under this warranty, please submit a written request via email to INFO@BUTTERFLYPERGOLA.COM within 30 days of discovering a claimed defect. Include essential details such as the date of installation, the product's address, installer information, and a copy of the invoice for the defective product. Do not proceed with any repairs until Butterfly Pergola has had the opportunity to inspect the claim.

Resolution Process:

During the first (1st) year post-installation, Butterfly Pergola may choose to repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer. From the second (2nd) year through the fifteenth (15th) year, the customer is responsible for shipping charges, as well as all costs associated with the removal and reinstallation of components.

Important Note:

This Limited Lifetime Warranty supersedes all other warranties regarding merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The purchaser's rights are confined to the terms outlined in this warranty, and Butterfly Pergola shall not be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. The remedies provided herein are the exclusive options available, whether the claim is based on negligence or breach of warranty.
